We’re here to serve looks, not delays — but here’s everything you need to know about shipping with Petty Pretty.
Processing Time
We ship fast (but fashionably). Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package hits the road.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• U.S. Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days
• U.S. Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or if Mercury’s in retrograde (kidding… sort of).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order leaves our hands. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder or email us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
Petty Pretty is not responsible for:
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
• Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers
• Lost or stolen packages
If this happens, contact the shipping provider directly first. Then shoot us an email at info@pettypretty.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Wrong Address?
Double-check before you submit! We can’t fix addresses after the order is shipped. If you accidentally entered the wrong one, email us ASAP and we’ll try to help if it hasn’t gone out yet.
International Shipping
Not available at the moment — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned, global baddies.
